Our Immigration Team provides both our business and individual clients with advice and assistance in all aspects of UK Immigration and Nationality Law. We can assist in making applications under the Highly Skilled Migrant Programme, Work Permit, Asylum, Settlement, Student, Visitor, Student Nurse, Working Holiday Makers, Family and Dependant Relatives, Fiancé, Marriage and Ancestry categories. We can also assist in applications for entry clearance, citizenship, extension of leave to remain in the UK and permit free applications such as minister of religion and domestic workers.

We offer our clients comprehensive advice and representation before the Asylum and Immigration Tribunal and can also provide representations for applications outside the Immigration Rules and under the EEC Regulations.

The head of our Immigration Department has years of experience practicing in Immigration and Nationality Law, part of which was gained working with the Home Office.
